Marcil Lavallée Bistro

The Marcil Lavallée Bistro is the venue for the studios during the performances.

This room can also be used for receptions, happy hours, book launches or conferences. Adjacent to it, is a terrace that can be set up for use, when the weather permits.  The basic cocktail configuration includes 5 bistro tables, 20 chairs, 6 cocktail tables, basic lighting, a stage and a microphone. Please note that this room does not include a dressing room and the configuration can be modified for an additional fee.

    Additionnal charges Rental fees provide access to sound and lightning equipment included in technical riders. We wish to remind you that all changes to the basic configuration of venues will lead to additional charges. All other services such as technical labour, FOH Manager, bar service, equipment rental such as projector and screen(s) are subject to additional charges. Working hours schedules for technical resources normally start at 9 am and must not exceed 12 consecutive hours. Each technical intervention must not be inferior to 4 hours. For each 4 hour working period, a 15 minute break is required for technical labour. A 1 hour lunch or dinner break after 5 hours of word is imposed for all 8 hour consecutive shifts.

    Parking No free parking for tenants. Private parkings adjacent to the building are available for tenants and clients. Fee is 5$ for evenings, weekends and overnight. Daily rate is 9$. Parking is accessible from King Edward avenue north and from Nelson Street.

    Do you have the equipment to generate the video (i.e. laptop, USB key)? If you bring your laptop, please provide the MAC adaptor (HDMI and-or DVI). If not, we can provide the adaptor for 10$ additional fee.
