Our flexible ticketing system allows you to choose the price that best suits your financial situation and reality. Regardless of the price selected, you’ll enjoy the same in-theatre experience.
SOLIDARITY RATE – $50
I support access to theatre by fully contributing to La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins’ solidarity-based model.
REGULAR RATE – $30
I support the creation and promotion of the performing arts.
ACCESSIBLE RATE – $15
I can’t contribute more, but I support the theatre within my current means.
DISCOVERY RATE – $0. *under conditions
My resources are limited, but I want to experience and grow through the arts.
Access Conditions for the Discovery rate:
· On the day of the performance: available in limited quantities at the theatre’s physical box office
· Youth performances: a limited number of discovery tickets can be reserved online (maximum 2 tickets per reservation, intended for children). Reservations must include at least one adult ticket, otherwise they will not be valid.
We encourage you to choose this rate only if you truly need it, in order to allow as many people as possible to benefit from it.
There are three ways to reserve tickets:
For bookings of 8 tickets or more for the same performance, we offer a group rate of $20 per person. The group leader or chaperone is entitled to one free ticket.

Every audience member in the theatre must have a ticket for the date and time of the performance they are attending.
Please carefully check the location, date, and time of your specified performance. Latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has started, and there will be no refunds in this case.
Certain performances presented in the general public series may be suitable for teenagers. If not, La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins will post the appropriate warnings.
Patrons with limited mobility will, of course, receive a warm welcome from our team. Please specify any needs or concerns you may have when making your reservation.
Service dogs are also welcome at La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins. Please mention their presence when reserving your tickets.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website, promotional materials, and in all other communications is accurate.
In the event of a discrepancy, the information held by the box office staff will take precedence over the information posted. Information on the website is subject to change without notice.

Tickets for La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins shows are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins or the show’s producer.
When a show is presented more than once, the customer may exchange their ticket for another performance. However, this option is subject to availability, and the exchange request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the originally purchased performance date.
In the event of cancellation of a show or performance by La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins or the producer of the show, La Nouvelle Scène will refund the full price of the ticket, as well as the service fee charged at the time of purchase, if applicable. The refund will be administered in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
