Solidarity Rate - $50

I support the creation and promotion of the performing arts.
Affordable Price - $15

Discovery Rate - $0
I have limited means, but I want to enrich myself through the performing arts.

This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the theater together—with friends, colleagues, or members of your community! The person accompanying the group is entitled to a free ticket.

Tickets for shows at La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins , except in the event of cancellation by LNSGD or the show's producer. When a show is presented more than once, customers may exchange their tickets for another performance.
However, this option is subject to seat availability, and exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the performance.
In the event of cancellation of a show or performance by LNSGD or the show producer, LNSGD will refund the full ticket price as well as any service fees charged at the time of purchase, if applicable. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Gift certificates are available for purchase directly from our online ticket office or by contacting our ticket office team.
All audience members entering the theater must have a ticket for the date and time of the performance. Please carefully check the information printed on your tickets.
Latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has begun, and no refunds will be given.
Some shows may contain elements intended for mature audiences.
Relevant warnings are indicated on the show page, at the box office, in reminder emails, and at the reception desk. We invite the public to read them before purchasing their tickets. If you have any questions, our ticketing team will be happy to assist you.
For everyone's comfort, we ask the audience to refrain from talking, using their phones, or engaging in any disruptive behavior during the performance.
LNSGD reserves the right to intervene or remove any person who does not comply with these rules of courtesy

Our ticket office is open Wednesday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., as well asone hour before each performance. Our team will be happy to answer your questions and assist you with your purchase.
The bar also opens one hour before the start of the show and remains open after the performance, allowing guests to continue the evening in a friendly atmosphere.
We offer flexible ticketing designed to eliminate financial barriers to accessing the arts. Each show offers several price tiers so that everyone can choose the price that suits them without having to provide proof of income. Prices do not appear on tickets to ensure audience anonymity. This inclusive approach allows our audience to participate in Ottawa's cultural life, regardless of their means.
The theater does not have private parking, but you can park your vehicle for free along the sidewalk, directly in front of the building.

Bike racks are also installed in front of the theater for those who wish to take advantage of them.
To make our shows accessible to as many people as possible, some performances offer English surtitles. This initiative reflects our desire to introduce English-speaking and Anglophile audiences to French-language theater and to offer an inclusive experience for all.
Throughout the season, we also present works without words, accessible to a wide audience, regardless of the language spoken.

During our youth performances, we often offer free activities before and after the shows to prolong the enjoyment of young audiences and their chaperones.
For the 2025–2026 season, we are launching a pilot project offering free entertainment for children while their parents attend a play.

Aware of the cost of a family cultural outing, we offer a $0 rate for children, available directly from our online ticket office.
It is necessary to reserve this free ticket in addition to your tickets to attend the play, so that we can welcome children in the best conditions.
